Join Mountain Goat Movement in Puerto Rico to embark on numerous life-giving activities: surfing, kayaking, hiking, and a science project with Surfrider Foundation. Welcome to Rincon, Puerto Rico! This educational and adventurous trip is designed to immerse students in the stunning natural beauty of Rincon while providing daily 3-hour surf lessons with professional instructors, exploring bioluminescent bays, sailing at sunset, hiking in rainforests, and engaging in a scientific project with the Surfrider Foundation. Get ready for a week of fun, learning, and unforgettable experiences!
Day 1
Early Morning: Meet at Newark Airport for group check-in.
Depart together for Aguadilla Airport.
Arrival in Aguadilla and transfer to your private home residence at Rincon Surf School.
Evening: Welcome dinner at a local restaurant to meet your fellow travelers and trip leaders.
DAILY OBJECTIVES:
Morning: Daily team breakfast at your private home residence at Rincon Surf School.
Spend three exhilarating hours each morning perfecting your surfing skills with professional instructors.
Afternoon: Activities (outlined below)
Evening: Daily team dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 2: Kayaking in a Bioluminescent Bay
Day 3: Sunset Sail
Day 4 and Day 5: Rainforest Adventures
Embark on a hiking expedition in the nearby El Yunque National Forest.
Explore lush rainforests, waterfalls, and exotic wildlife.
Day 5: Surfrider Foundation Scientific Project
Join the Surfrider Foundation for an educational session on biodiversity protection in the ocean.
Work on a scientific project related to ocean conservation, which will be determined based on local needs in April.
Day 6: Departure to Newark
Morning: Breakfast at your private home residence at Rincon Surf School.
Check-out and transfer to Aguadilla Airport for your early morning flight to Newark.

A total price of $2,850 includes the following:
This trip is open to 12 students (ages 14 - 18). This is first come, first serve.
1) Private, protected Home Residence with a private pool, kitchen, courtyard across the street from the beach and easy access to restaurants. The house includes 3 large bedrooms, 4 private baths, and can comfortably sleep 14 people.
2) Five (5) daily surf lessons with professional instructors: 3-hours long.
